Jedhigo (Jed) Laoum is the leader and organizer of a band of thieves, highwaymen & river pirates that operate the river area south of Mies Osley and north of Kolas. He is cunning, well prepared and observant of his surroundings. Aside from his band of rogues, he has a loyal henchman, Carheel "Two-Coins" Kerchel, an experienced and dangerous warrior.
Jed was an orphaned child, and has a special place in his heart for children. He is an accomplished painter, when he has the time, and is highly skilled at tattooing, and has been known to open a face-painting booth at seasonal fairs and festivals.
