Meis Osley is a wretched hive of scum and villany. It's not a part of any of any nation, and exists on a river route between the allied city states of Kolas & Taebr in the south and the lands of the Ikish lords in the north. It rests, though, in a particularly wild area, rife with dangerous humanoids, monsters and untamed wilderness. It is a great place for a man with a history to get lost and become forgotten, so very many dangerous people have taken up residence in this city.
