The Earth Dragon
This is a deity that is worshiped by many across the globe, from goblins to kobolds, orcs, drow elves, evil derro dwarves and lizard men, and even human cultists bent on freeing him from his eon-long slumber. Legend has it that the Earth Dragon is a demon unleashed on this planet as punishment from evil Gods. Long ago a pious and righteous gnome led the charge against the Earth Dragon, and with the help of elven wizards, was finally able to capture the immortal beast, and lay him down in a prison far below the earth's surface.
It is claimed by his many followers that it is the rage of the Earth Dragon that powers the volcanoes of the world, and he is often blamed, even by those who don't worship him, for earthquakes, tidal waves and other natural disasters.
