Oliver is a halfling swindler. He's charismatic and cunning, and is sometimes uncomfortable with taking anything further than simple theft. His moral qualms and scruples sometimes get in the way of the Mürmaids' (sometimes murderous) plots and schemes. Before becoming a Mürmaid, he was a skilled fisherman in his halfling village.
